We at Inderr believe in giving opportunities and chances to each and every one regardless of their creed, caste, sex and religion.
With our initiative to empower women we have taken a pledge to help and employ women in such non-conventional manufacturing unit. We truly believe when you empower women in the workplace, you allow them to have more control over their careers which also helps in creating long-term employees. Our goal is to ensure women feel supported, valued and respected.
Currently we have in total of 35% of women workforce working in various departments like-marketing, purchase, design and more. We make sure that we uplift them, treat them as equal as any other employee in the organisation and provide them the safe environment the work to their full potential. We are proud of the progress we have made so far to empower women, particularly within our own workforce. We further aim to empower socially and economically disadvantaged women towards personal growth and development services through group mentoring, workshops and career development programs. We also believe there is an increasing urgency for business or companies to incorporate women’s empowerment considerations into corporate strategies to ensure sustainable growth.
We promote female employees to achieve great things not only for our organisation, but for themselves as well.
